Did you know Cedar Rapids boasts the World’s Largest Cereal Plant? Downtown C.R. is home to the Quaker Oats Plant which produces more than 26.7 million pounds of Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries each year. In addition to Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries, the Quaker Oats Plant also produces Life Cereal, Quaker Oats Oatmeal and Instant Grits.
