FAM Safety
Your safety is our priority!
In 2021, Cedar Rapids Tourism is dedicated to ensuring we can have fun showing off our community in a safe environment. While on our FAM tour, we implement the following safety protocols. To start, we limit our FAM experiences to no more than 12 attendees to keep the experience specialized and convenient for social distancing.
Transportation
We utilize Windstar Lines 21 passenger minibus to allow plenty of space while getting around town.
Mask Wearing
Cotton masks will be required of our attendees, hosts and staff and at our tour locations. We are happy to provide masks for anyone who needs one.
Hand Sanitizer
We will have hand sanitizer and wipes available at all times.
Activities
Indoor/Outdoor spaces will be used as much as possible – Many of our activities are able to provide outdoor experiences and when restaurants and weather allow, we’ll be able to enjoy our meals outdoors as well!
Social Distancing
All activities involve plenty of room to distance from fellow attendees and hosts.
Venues
Our restaurants and venues are committed to your safety as well. Our hotels and venues have strict COVID safety guidelines in place. Servers are masked and we only utilize local restaurants with the highest of commitments to safety and cleanliness for our meals.
