Honor the land and yourself with a nature-inspired yoga practice and a guided silent hike on Nature Center trails. We’ll begin with a 30-45 minute silent guided hike before gathering and getting comfortable indoors to participate in a yoga practice inspired by artifacts we collected outdoors. A portion of this activity will be outdoors, so please dress according to the weather. You may want a headlamp or flashlight. Please bring a yoga mat for our time indoors.
