Come spend an evening with celebrated sportscaster and storyteller John Campbell at the History Center!
John has been a special part of Linn County history since 1979 when he accepted the position of television sports director at KCRG TV 9.
He has earned the honor of Iowa Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. Over the years, John has ridden and reported on 17 RAGBRAI bike tours across the state. John has been a favorite face and voice for local sports for almost 35 years. He continues to contribute stories to KCRG TV about great outdoor activities including his long running and popular Big Ol’ Fish segments. John has a fantastic perspective on Linn County and Eastern Iowa places and events that positively connect to so many people.
Beer, wine, soda, and water will be available for purchase during the event.
