Then drop into deepest levels of relaxation and peace through authentic, age-old yogic sleep (yoga nidra)—a reclined, meditative experience used by stress-reduction clinics, integrative health care and mystics who savor resting in blissful Oneness with The Sacred. We will close with prayerful sound healing, including a lower-octave bowl played on or near (your choice) the shrine of your heart.
