Mighty Winds Eclectic Music Concert

Overview

Fun music event featuring Organist Melissa Moll, jazz music and other fun listening styles. Hosted by Kenwood Park United Methodist Church, 174 34th St. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402

A free concert of wide-ranging music including classical, pop, faith based, jazz and folk selections highlighting the beauty and majesty of the pipe organ along with the joy and spontaneity of the saxophone. Audience members will also be invited to lift up their voices to sing along on well-known popular standards.

Featuring highly acclaimed organist, Mellissa Moll; master saxophonist, Bruce Western will also perform on selected numbers. Other performers will include local organists, Carolyn Oliver and Ruth Armstrong along with saxophonists, David Whittaker and Dave Layton.

A free will offering will go to The Ecumenical Center of Cedar Rapids and Matthew 25.
