Experience one of the oldest intact neighborhoods in Cedar Rapids. The Oak Hill area in southeast Cedar Rapids has a rich cultural heritage. Sites related to local African American, Syrian and Bohemian history are some of the highlights on this walking tour as well as the history of Jane Boyd and Tyler School. This new tour is a collaboration between The History Center and the African American Museum of Iowa in Cedar Rapids.
