You asked for more, so we’re giving it to you! Julie Parisi, owner of Zaza’s Pastas, is back with another class that’s sure to be a hit! If you missed her sold-out sauce class in January, don’t miss this one!
On Friday, April 5th, join us for a springtime Italian meal inspired by fresh produce and the warmer temperatures of the change in seasons. Julie will demonstrate and prepare an appetizer of Asparagus & Basil Frittata with local, fresh farm eggs and spring asparagus. Next on the menu will be Lamb Meatballs served on a bed of farro and peas sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and shallots. We will round out the meal with a light and refreshing Lemon Panna Cotta recipe to impress the guests at your next dinner party. Samples of each dish provided.
