The Great Cedar Rapids Sizzle Steak Cookoff is expected to draw 37 cook teams from across the Midwest, where they will compete for over $7000 in cash prizes.
Each team will receive two USDA Choice ribeye steaks to cook and be judged by a panel to certified judges. Proceeds from the event will go to support His Hands Free Medical Clinic of Cedar Rapids.
Time: 8am - 7pm
Location: Expo Hall Parking Lot
Cost: FREE for the public, $150 for competing teams.
