In this three-session series (May 19, May 26 and June 16), facilitator Angie Pierce Jennings will guide us to read and contemplate The Soul’s Slow Ripening: 12 Celtic Practices for Seeking the Sacred by Christine Valters Painter and engage in photography explorations suggested in the book.

Please have your camera or camera/phone ready, as we will be encouraged to explore our backyard, local park or neighborhood following the discussion to notice “moments that shimmer.” All experience levels, including beginners, are welcome. This may be enjoyed as a series or as individual sessions. In May, we’ll meet online via Zoom video conferencing. (The meeting link will be sent to all registered participants the week of the event.) The cost is $10 per session, and registration is required by noon the previous day. For more information or to register, contact Prairiewoods at www.Prairiewoods.org or 319-395-6700.
