Join us every Thursday for free fitness activities in the NewBo City Market yard!
Dance fitness classes will be in the South Market Yard and will alternate between different styles of dance each week. From Zumba to Dance Club Cardio and more!
Register now and then join us at 5:30 p.m. each Thursday!
Yoga classes will be in the North Market Yard, following the dance classes. These yoga classes are meant for yogis of all experience levels!
Register now and then join us at 6:30 p.m. each Thursday!
Guided walks and runs will begin and end at the Market. These groups will meet outside, in front of Rotary Hall, before getting started!
