Your weekly hour of zen with our Fearless Yoga Leader, Elise! Our yoga class is a relaxed, judgement-free zone for yogis of all skill levels. No pre-registration is required. Class fee is $15.

 

Elise competed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance training in 2016 through Downward Dog Yoga. She has a passion for helping everyone feel successful in yoga practice, regardless of experience, and desires to create a calm and welcoming environment in her classes. She provides lots of options and variations for poses that allow students to cater their practice to their own needs.
