Where: Veterans Memorial Building, downtown CR, May’s Island. Main entrance: 50 2nd Avenue Bridge.

What: A gallery-talk style mini-lecture on the “Memorial Window” that was finished by Grant Wood in the late 1920’s. It is a 24’ tall, colorful stained-glass window dedicated to all veterans. Seating will be available.
Who: Everyone is invited to this FREE gallery talk! Museum Manager Teri Van Dorston, and a trusted volunteer switch weeks to conduct the talk.

Fourth year for this seasonal gallery talk series titled, Angles On The Window. Community members, tourists, and families enjoy this casual talk about local famed artist, Grant Wood and his career pivotal work in stained glass titled, "Memorial Window" that graces the 2nd Avenue Memorial Lobby of the Veterans Memorial Building in downtown CR.
