French pastry expert Sandrine will guide you through how to make your very own gourmet pies at home!
Students will learn how to make delicious pies with a "pâte sablée" crust, as well as the more complex "lattice". Follow along as Sandrine finishes off the pies with her fruit or chocolate filling recipes. This class will give students the skills to make any day, Pie Day!
This will be held in the Kirkwood Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. In-person class size will be limited to 10 students, per social distancing guidelines. Each student will be able to be seated at least 6 feet from each other. All materials and equipment are single use, or sanitized. Face-masks are required.
