Learn the exquisite art-form of classic French pastries!
Explore two famous desserts with French pastry expert, Sandrine. She will teach students how to make "biscuit roulé au chocolat"- a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate roll,as well as the ever favorite, crème brûlée!
This will be held in the Kirkwood Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market . In-person class size will be limited to 10 students, per social distancing guidelines. Each student will be able to be seated at least 6 feet from each other. All materials and equipment are single use, or sanitized. Face-masks are encouraged.
