Join the AMVET Riders Chapter 6 for their 23rd Annual Veterans Fundraiser on Saturday, June 18th! Registration starts 9:00am at McGrath Powersports. Kickstand up at 10:00am. This event raises funds to support, aid, and assist local area veterans. Thanks to veterans, we are free to celebrate Independence Day! So, it is in this spirit of freedom, AMVETs is proud to join the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival by offering our community a safe and enjoyable ride through Eastern Iowa.
This year’s ride will tentatively have 3 to 4 stops with a mid-ride meal. A $12.00 registration fee includes one 6” x 6” Bug Target which participants tape to their motorcycles or vehicles. Additional Bug Targets are $5.00 each. Wear your Freedom Festival button and get $2.00 off your registration fee!
Things to Know: CASH PRIZES AWARDED: $100 prize for bug splat closest to target center. $50 prize for biggest bug splat and most bug splats on target! 50/50s, giveaways and more!
